Our core exercises are safe for moms healing from diastasis recti, and chair modifications are always available to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

With a faith-based instructor, this community-centered program starts off with a prayer and probably ends in with a little sweat!

This class occurs every Monday for 5 weeks and it is $15/class.*
